Mental health matters. We believe that anyone who is experiencing mental health problems should be able to get the help and support they need, when they need it. That’s why our dedicated Mental Health Practitioners are working from GP surgeries across Derbyshire to deliver our Active Monitoring service.
Active Monitoring is Mind’s guided self-help early intervention service for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems. Through the use of our specially designed workbooks and weekly one-to-one sessions with a trained Mind Mental Health Practitioner, patients learn practical tools based on CBT principles that they need to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
“ The Mind Practitioner was great and I felt very comfortable talking to her about anything. ”
The six-week guided self-help course can help you with any of the following common mental health problems:
• Feeling alone
• Managing anger
• Grief and loss
Each week, our Mental Health Practitioner will work with you to offer support and guidance as you work through the information and workbooks provided.
