Mental Health Recovery Worker (DRPSS, Erewash)
Can you lead the way to a better quality of life, providing key-worker support to individuals living with mental illness?
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to truly make a difference to the future of mental health support offered in Derbyshire.
The Mental Health Recovery Worker is a key role within the Derbyshire Recovery and Peer Support Service (DRPSS). The service supports people who are having difficulties with their mental health across the whole spectrum of mental illnesses. We do this by offering targeted goal-focused support, developing peer support and volunteer opportunities across Derbyshire, and also peer support groups where there is a need.
The Derbyshire Recovery and Peer Support Service provides recovery support to people in their local community and supports them in long-term recovery through peer activity. It is made up of four voluntary sector organisations: Rethink, Derbyshire Mind, P3, and The Derbyshire Federation of Mental Health.
