We are Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind and we believe everyone deserves better mental health.
Since 1966, supporting mental wellbeing has been our mission, delivering high-quality services to help individuals thrive. As part of a federation of over 100 local Minds, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind provides free, person-centred support to thousands of people annually, helping them access the care they need to live well.
FAQ's
Can we deliver on-site and online/virtual training?
Yes, we can provide both online and face-to-face training depndant on your needs. Online training is often at a lower cost than on-site training, so please take that into account when considering your training needs.
Is there parking on site?
Parking arrangements will depend on each site for on-site training and this will be explained to participants in advance of any booking being conifrmed.
Are there toilets?
On-site training will have proper toilet factilites.
Will there be food available?
When we provide training on-site, we would provide refereshments, tea, coffee, water. However, participants would need to provide their own food unless seperate arrangements are agreed in advance.
What is the cost of training?
ALl of our training is competively priced. Each training package is priced based upon the content and how the training is delivered. Please ask when you enquire for costs.
NOTE: Derbyshire Mind supports our VCFSE partners and so will always seek to keep our charges to the most competative rates.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Under normal circumstances failing to attend confirmed training bookings will be non-refundable. However, if you book and then find you cannot come unexpectidly please contact as soon as you can so we can make new arrangements.
What if the weather is to bad to travel to face-to-face training?
Under normal circumstances we will always seek to keep on eye on weather warnings and/or advice not to travel. In these circumstances we will awlays seek to re-arrange the training/session.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the extreme circumstance that we have no choice but to cancel the training/session, we shall provide refund options to participants. These may include;
a) Providing a straight refund
b) Re-arranging for another date/time
c) Making other arrangements to suits your organisaiton/people, where we can.
