This two day workshop aims to increase your understanding around anxiety, its causes, how to manage unwanted feelings and better manage physical symptoms associated with anxiety as well as enabling you to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours which can feed into anxiety.
These free workshops are part of Derbyshire Mind’s Enjoying Derbyshire project and are delivered and facilitated by Derbyshire Federation for Mental Health.
