This eight-week Yoga Therapy for Wellbeing course at The Space in Eyam Hall Courtyard is for people who want to feel healthier and learn simple ways to help manage stress. The course is designed to teach people how to use breath and movement to manage thoughts, be more aware of their bodies and come into the present moment.
