Derbyshire Mind is a local mental health charity, and our focus is on improving mental health and wellbeing for people across Derby and Derbyshire. We are part of a federated network of local Minds across the country. We provide a range of advocacy and community wellbeing services designed to support people with mental health problems as well as the wider population. We are committed to developing innovative and responsive services which further promote mental health awareness and wellbeing.

We currently have the following vacancies available to join our team:
Paid Representative - Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS): 37 hours/week, £24,382, 6 - 12 month maternity cover contract.
Independent Community Advocate: 37 hours/week, £24,870
Independent Specialist Advocate: 37 hours/week, £25,367
CLOSING DATE: Wednesday 30th June 2021.
Interviews will be held on the following dates:
Paid Representative/Independent Specialist Advocate: Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd July 2021
Independent Community Advocate: Week beginning Monday 26th July 2021
Interviews may be either face to face at our offices in Derby, or by video call.
